Doing Theology in the Age of Trump

A new book from the Seminar on God and the Human Future

By Alexis James Waggoner | 9/17/2018

Westar scholar Clayton Crockett and I got together to discuss the forthcoming book from the Seminar on God and the Human future. The book, Doing Theology in the Age of Trump: A Critical Report on Christian Nationalism, investigates connections between how we understand and define God, and the connections between Trump and the religious right. In our conversation, we covered a wide range of topics from the language we use for God, to religion in the public square, to the intersection of nationalism and religion. Watch here!

The book is now available.
