Description Jesus Seminars on the Road usually comprise a Friday evening lecture and four hours of presentations and discussions on Saturday. More
Responsibilities Westar Institute assumes financial responsibility for putting together the program and bringing in presenters. Westar asks sponsors to guarantee registration income (around 50 participants) from their event, which partially offsets the cost of the speakers. Both Westar and the host agree to promote the event. More
Site & Technical Requirements Recommendations for sound, light, and audio-visual equipment are based on years of experience with JSORs. Comfort and ease of communication may have as much to do with the success of an event as the content of the program or the skill of the speakers. More
Pre-event Instructions To ensure a smooth operation, hosts are asked to assign a coordinator who will take responsibility for registration and exhibits, including training volunteers who will staff the meeting. More
Payments Westar Institute accepts payments by cash, personal check, and credit cards. A receipt that records the buyer’s complete information must accompany each sale. More
