Christopher D. Rodkey is Pastor of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Dallastown, PA, and regularly teaches at York College of Pennsylvania, Lexington Theological Seminary, and Penn State’s commonwealth campus in York—where he was awarded the James H. Burness Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2013. In his ministerial work, his focus is upon evangelism, pan-generational religious education, interfaith justice issues, and interpreting the Bible from a radical theological perspective. His other interests include philosophy of religion, ecclesiology, and western esotericism. He is an Assistant Editor of Methodist History and The Journal of the Masonic Society, and edits a book series for Noesis Press titled “Intersections: Theology and the Church in a World Come of Age.”His books include The World is Crucifixion, Too Good to Be True, and The Synaptic Gospel. In 2017, two collaborative radical theology coloring books are published—Coloring Advent and Coloring Lent—by CPB/Chalice, with Natalie and Jesse Turri.
