The Willing Damned: Faithful Resistance Beyond Belief with Westar Scholar & Author Dr. Jeffrey Robbins

Join Westar Scholar and author Dr. Jeffrey Robbins for a bold exploration of doubt, belief, and moral courage. In this webinar, we will dive into the themes of his book, The Willing Damned: Faithfulness & Resistance Beyond Belief, examining what it means to live faithfully in a broken world where traditional moral and religious frameworks often collapse.

Blending memoir, theology, literature, and cultural critique, Dr. Robbins follows a spiritual journey shaped by figures ranging from Simone Weil to Huckleberry Finn. He reimagines faith not as doctrinal conformity or blind certainty, but as a lived commitment to love, justice, and solidarity with the marginalized. This session invites you into a theology forged in struggle—one that begins where clarity ends and true faithfulness begins.
