How to Report the Findings of the Seminar
presented by Hal Taussig, Celene Lillie, and Arthur Dewey
presided by Nina Livesey and Jason BeDuhn
Three separate meetings were held for the Christianity Seminar and this is the second meeting called Session One Part Two. If you are looking to purchase an audio set of all three meetings, or would like to purchase the CDs, please click here.
The Christianity Seminar addressed the question of how it should report the findings of the seminar in an accessible, meaningful way. To that end, it addressed questions about the process for producing its concluding work, Rewriting the History of the First Two Centuries of Early Christ Movements. As part of that review, the seminar responded to two papers intended as drafts for the content of the book.
Continuing the discussion of Hal Taussig’s paper, “PREFACE to ‘Rewriting the First Two Centuries of Early Christ Movements’.”
This discussion took place at the Westar Institute Spring 2018 National Meeting in Santa Rosa, California.
