Deborah Niederer Saxon

Adjunct Faculty at Franklin College, Indiana

Deborah Niederer Saxon serves as adjunct faculty at Franklin College in Indianapolis. Her research re-conceptualizes early Christian history as early Christianities, highlighting differing perspectives regarding the care of the self, the representation of women in such terms, and the potential that newly-discovered early Christian texts provide for contemporary ecumenical and interfaith partnerships.  She is the author of The Care of the Self in Early Christian Literature (forthcoming).
