Terms

• Net 30 days from date of invoice.
• Payment in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank only.
• Orders are shipped UPS or USPS.
• Expedited shipping is available.
   

Returns

1. Prior authorization required. Fax or mail for "RA number."
2. Must be returned for credit within six (6) months of original invoice date.
3. Request must include original invoice date and number, and reason for return.
4. Merchandise must be in re-saleable condition: a) no labels or stickers, b) no marks or damage, c) book jackets intact.
5. Credit will NOT be given for unauthorized returns or unsaleable merchandise.

Examination & Desk Copies

For orders placed through Polebridge, examination copies are available to professors who wish to evaluate titles for classroom adoption. Submit requests on institutional letterhead, including: the course for which the book is to be evaluated, its expected enrollment, when it is next offered. Discount for an examination copy is 25%.

If a book is adopted for class use, a full credit for the examination copy purchased will be issued with class order of 10 or more copies of the title. If no examination copy has been purchased, a free desk copy will be provided upon request with proof of a class order of 10 or more copies of the title.

Late Class Adoptions

Last-minute class adoptions can be quickly accommodated. Please ask your bookstore to contact Polebridge Press by fax or telephone to expedite your order. Most orders are shipped the day after they are received. P.O. required.
